1. What are the dates and times for each Expo 2024?

NW expo

Date: Tuesday 1 October 2024
Time: 9.30 am – 3.30 pm

NORTH expo

Date: Tuesday 15 October 2024
Time: 9.30 am – 3.30 pm
Location: Grand Chancellor Launceston

SOUTH expo

Date: Tuesday 22nd October 2024
Time: 9.30 am – 3.30 pm
Location: Princes Warf, (PW1) Hobart
Castray Esplanade, Hobart TAS 7000

2. When can I set up, when is bump in?

Access for setup is possible between 10am-3pm the day before the event of the expo

3. Are the Expos free for the general public?

Yes

4. Is there disability parking available at each Expo?

Yes  – there is plenty of disabled parking at each Expo venue.

5. Are there accessible toilet facilities at each Expo?

Yes

6. What types of organisations will be exhibiting at the Expos?

There will be a number of different organisations and equipment on display. All exhibitors will present information for people with disability, families and carers, and the community.

 

7. How much does it cost to purchase a Booth or Trade Table for the Expos?

The cost to purchase an Expo Booth is $1180 (incl GST). 5% discount for all 3 locations.

The cost to purchase a Trade Table is $550 (incl GST). 5% discount for all 3 locations.

8. What is included; and what are the sizes of the Trade Table and Booth?

Exhibitors Booth package includes:
3 x2 booth; fascia sign; power; trestle table and cover; lighting; two chairs.
SIZE: 3m x 2m  

Trade Table package includes:
2m wide backing board; sign; trestle table; two chairs, table cover.

SIZE: 1.8m L x 762mm W x 736mm H
