1. What are the dates and times for each Expo 2026?

SOUTH – Hobart

Sensory hour: 3.00 pm – 4.00 p.m
Location: Macquarie Wharf 2 – MAC 02; Hunter Street, Hobart

NORTH – Launceston

Date: Wed, 16 September 2026

Sensory hour: 3.00 pm – 4.00 p.m
Location: Door of Hope Church/ Launceston Conference Centre – 50 Glen Dhu Street, South Launceston

NW – Devonport

Date: Tues, 29 September 2026
Time: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm
Sensory hour: 3.00 pm – 4.00 p.m
Location: paranaple convention centre, Market Square, 137 Rooke St, Devonport

2. What does each Package include?: 

Exhibitors Booth Package includes:
3m x 2m Booth; fascia sign; power; trestle table and cover; lighting; two chairs.
SIZE: 3m x 2m  

Trade Table Package includes:
2m wide backing board; sign; trestle table; two chairs, table cover.
SIZE: 1.8m L x 762mm W x 736mm H

3. When can I set up, when is bump in?

Access for setup is possible between 3pm-5pm the day before the event of the expo, and 8-9.30am on the day.

4. Are the Expos free for the general public?

Yes

5. Is there disability parking available at each Expo?

Yes  – there is plenty of disabled parking at each Expo venue.

6. Are there accessible toilet facilities at each Expo?

Yes

7. What types of organisations will be exhibiting at the Expos?

There will be a number of different organisations and equipment on display. All exhibitors will present information for people with disability, families and carers, and the community.

 

8. How much does it cost to book a Booth or Trade Table?

Booth x 2: $2,470 (*GST inclusive) – 5% DISCOUNT
