1. What are the dates and times for each Expo?

Burnie Expo

Date: Tuesday 9th November 2021

Times: 9:30am – 4:30pm

Hobart Expo

Date: Wednesday 17th November 2021

Times: 9:30am – 4:30pm  

2. Are the Expos free for the general public?

Yes. Each Expo is free for the general public including schools, businesses and organisations.

3. Is there disability parking available at each Expo?

Yes. There is plenty of disabled parking at each Expo venue.

4. Are there accessible toilet facilities at each Expo?

Yes. 

5. What types of organisations will be exhibiting at the Expos?

There will be a number of organisations and equipment on display exhibiting important information for people with disability, families and carers and the community.

6. How much does it cost organisations to purchase a Booth or Trade Table for the Expos?

The cost to purchase an Expo Booth is $1,010.00 + GST ($1,111.00)

The cost to purchase a Trade Table is $460.00 + GST ($506.00)

*Note: if you purchase a Booth or Trade Table for all three Expos you will receive a 5% discount

7.  When can I set up my stand?

BURNIE: Exhibitors can access their site between 2.30 pm and 5 pm the day before – or from 8 am the day of the expo. All exhibitors must be setup by 9 a.m. 

HOBART: Exhibitors can access their site 3-5pm the day before – or from 8 am the day of the relevant expo. All exhibitors must be setup by 9 a.m.

8. How do I register my organisation for the Expos?

Registrations now closed.
